For a woman that wears so many hats, it’s easy to get caught up in life and forget to be good to yourself.  Almost 3 years ago, I decided I was going to put myself as a priority in my life and I started doing the things that were important to me like exercising, eating healthy, hetting counseling, traveling, etc.  As I started feeling better and better about myself and my new life, the next step was to use Artisan Plastic Surgery as a strategic tool to enhance what I was already starting to love about my body.  I wasn’t looking for a “quick fix;” I just wanted my physical appearance to match my inner healthier self.  Today, almost a year after my procedure, I exercise just as much as I did before and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

The photo included is from the day I ran my best time for a 10K.  I am very proud of my accomplishment.  This is another great example of the types of things that I AM doing vs. what I used to DREAM about doing–I am living my life!
