Rachelle Crutchfield

Rachelle Crutchfield’s dedication to empowering patients to feel confident goes beyond the needle. She focuses on connecting and collaborating with patients to create tailored, conservative treatment plans that highlight their natural features. With over 10 years of experience as a PA specializing in aesthetics and wellness, and a background in emergency medicine, she brings a wealth of medical knowledge, attention to detail, and a comprehensive approach to patient care. Rachelle believes aging is a privilege, and her goal is to help patients navigate that process with grace. She also believes in the power of wellness and enjoys supporting others on their journeys to feel great and confident in themselves, creating a positive and encouraging environment for everyone.

Originally from upstate New York, Rachelle graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and attended the University of Florida for PA school. Outside of work, Rachelle is a proud new mom and fitness instructor. She’s always looking forward to her next adventure, whether it’s hiking in North Georgia or adding a new country to her passport. She loves experimenting with healthy new recipes and, on Saturdays, you can find her cheering for the Seminoles.
