Jessica Hoeffler, PA-C is an experienced plastic surgery Physician Associate and highly skilled cosmetic injector. Jessica is uniquely qualified to assist our surgical and injection patients in all aspects of their care because of her specialized training and dedication to excellence.
Jessica joined the all-female surgical team of Artisan Plastic Surgery in 2018. She treats patients at both the Atlanta and Johns Creek locations. She has worked and operated in many of the elite hospitals around Atlanta including Emory University Hospital, Northside Hospital, Grady Memorial Hospital, and Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Jessica combines her artistic ability and surgical expertise to deliver intricate, refined results to her facial injection patients. She is meticulous, precise, and extremely detail oriented.
Jessica develops personalized treatment plans, and her focus is to give her patients a youthful, rejuvenated, and natural look that restores facial harmony and enhances their natural beauty.
She is highly trained in Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, and Restylane products.

In addition to performing facial injections, Jessica assists Dr. Ashraf and Dr. Alexander in surgery for face, breast, and body procedures including breast reconstruction. She is also the director of the minor procedure clinic and assists patients with lipoma/cyst/mole removals, earlobe repairs, and scar revisions.

Education & Board Certification
Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from St. Ambrose University. She then went on to train at Emory University where she completed a surgical residency program to further refine her surgical skill set.
Jessica is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of the Practice
Jessica is originally from Plymouth, Indiana but is happy to now call Atlanta her home. She lives in Kirkwood with her husband, Troy, and rescue black lab, Tuna. She enjoys being a foodie and eating her way through Atlanta’s amazing food scene. Jessica loves to travel and scuba dive.
